- We will review your request within 3 business days and provide the return address.
- Send the item back to the provided return address; the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Refund Process:
- We will process the refund within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Special Cases:
- If the item received is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
Non-returnable Items:
